I am a writer and editor (@Syntax Magazine) loosely based in New York. My fiction and criticism have appeared in the Cleveland Review of Books, Los Angeles Review of Books, Angel Food, the Baffler, and Forever Magazine, among others. Previously, I was an editorial assistant at Harper’s and an intern at n+1. Now, I am a line cook. I write about many things but mostly translation and film and food and labor and sex work and bodies in motion.
